The narrowness buys two things. Memory in the service of your health, and it belongs to you — that ownership is the reason the company exists. And a published boundary with a named human path: a written standard for what Cassia will and will not say. It has her describe patterns rather than grade your numbers, give no amounts, and name who to ask when a question is not hers; in a crisis, stop and point you to emergency help. That standard is a draft and says so on its own first page. What you are buying is not a smarter model — a narrower one, held to it.

Is this therapy?
No. Cassia is a wellness companion, not a therapist; the written standard rules out counseling outright. When what you are carrying needs a person, she says so and names the path to one. In crisis, the crisis resources are above.
Is Cassia a human?
No — and she is the first to say it. Ask her outright and the answer is the same every time.
What happens to my data?
We do not sell it, share it with insurers, advertisers or data brokers, or hold it hostage to keep you subscribed. Export is in development; when it exists, it is yours to take.
