Privacy Policy
This is a plain-language baseline describing how Cassia Vitality LLC ("Cassia Vitality," "we," "us") handles personal information. It is a working draft published for transparency during our pre-launch phase and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. The final, binding policy will replace this page before any real personal data is collected at scale.
1. Information we collect
When you join the launch list
- Your email address (required).
- Your name (optional), if you choose to provide it.
The launch-news form on our home page does not send anything to us by itself. It opens a note in your own email app, addressed to hello@cassiavitality.com, with your email (and name, if you gave one) already filled in. Nothing leaves your device until you press send. A person on our team reads that note and adds you to the launch list by hand, and we use the address only to write to you about availability. If you would rather not use the form, email hello@cassiavitality.com directly. Ask to be removed at any time and we remove you.
When you reserve a seat
Reserving a seat is also an email to hello@cassiavitality.com, sent from your own mail app. It takes no payment and no card. A person reads it, holds your seat, and replies to you in writing; the details you send are used for that and nothing else.
If and when you make a purchase
- Order and contact details — name, shipping and billing address, email, and phone number.
- Payment information — processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Order history — the devices and memberships you buy.
Device and health-related signals
Cassia Vitality is built on a principle of data you own. Where a product captures health-related signals, those signals are intended to be processed on your own hardware and stored in a record you control. This draft does not yet describe a specific health-data product flow; that description will be added before any such product collects data.
Automatically collected
- No analytics run on this site today, and we set no cookies of our own. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, page requested, time) to serve the site and keep it secure.
- If we turn on measurement, it will be a cookie-free page-view count, and this policy will say so before it runs.
2. How we use information
- To add you to the launch list and notify you about availability.
- To fulfil orders, provide support, and operate memberships.
- To improve our products and website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to make medical diagnoses.
3. Third parties we may share with
We share the minimum necessary with service providers acting on our behalf, such as:
- Our email provider — to write to you.
- Payment processors — to take payment.
- Shipping and fulfilment partners — to deliver orders.
- Our hosting provider — to serve the site and keep its server logs.

We will update this page as our products and practices evolve, and the binding version will replace this draft before launch. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
