Questions & answers

Straight answers, plainly put.

The things people ask us most — about what Cassia Vitality is, how your data stays yours, where wellness ends and medicine begins, and what's available today.

The basics
What is Cassia Vitality?

Cassia Vitality is a wellness company for the hours between doctor visits. We curate wellness devices for the home, design health-sensing into buildings and care settings, and are building Cassia — a wellness companion who pays attention to your everyday patterns — on a health record that belongs to you.

What does "three divisions, one platform" mean?

Three divisions — the store (your home), Building Technologies (the built environment), and Medical & Facilities (care settings) — each turn their environment into a signal. All three are designed to feed one platform and one record you own. The shared record isn’t built yet — the offer page lists exactly what is. Different spaces, same principle.

Is it available now?

The store is the first thing you can explore — preview the curated device catalog today; ordering opens later. Membership is open now — fifty seats, the terms on one page: see the offer.

Wellness, not medical
Is this medical advice or a diagnosis?

No. Cassia Vitality provides wellness insight, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. We help you notice everyday patterns in plain language — we don't tell you what's wrong or what to do about a medical concern.

If something feels off, or for anything medical, talk to a licensed clinician. For an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) — see crisis resources. Cassia Vitality is not an emergency service.

Can it call for help in an emergency?

No — Cassia Vitality is not an emergency or monitoring-response service, and it shouldn't be relied on for urgent or life-safety situations. It's a wellness tool. If you need a medical-alert or emergency-response system, choose a dedicated service built and certified for that purpose.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants their everyday environment to quietly support their well-being — people looking after their own health, families keeping a caring eye on a parent or loved one, and the builders and care providers who shape the spaces those people live in.

Your data & privacy
Who owns my data?

You do. That's the foundation of everything we build: your information lives with you by default, not rented back to you by a device maker. It's yours to keep, share on your terms, and carry for life.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. We don't sell your personal health information, and we don't harvest it for advertising. Anything we do with data is in service of you, on your consent, and described plainly in our Privacy Policy.

The cameras — are you watching me?

No. We're building camera-based sensing on the same principle as everything else: processed on your own hardware, owned by you, and never harvested. You decide what's on, what's kept, and what's shared. A camera can read a lot about well-being — which is exactly why we treat it with the most care, not the least.

Devices & the store
What's in the catalog?

A curated selection of ambient and wearable wellness devices — chosen for what they actually do, not for the spec sheet. Preview the catalog for the planned lineup, with honest guidance on what each one is good for; ordering opens with launch.

Are devices FSA/HSA-eligible?

Eligibility depends on the specific product and your plan, and only your FSA/HSA administrator can confirm it — check with them before purchasing (when ordering opens).

Shipping and returns?

Shipping and return details are presented at checkout.

Membership
Is Cassia a real person?

No — Cassia is an Agentic Intelligence and your wellness companion, and she always says so. She’s built to be warm and genuinely useful: she pays attention to your everyday patterns and puts them in plain language. She doesn’t replace a clinician, and anything medical belongs with a licensed professional. Meet her (2:13).

How much is membership, and when does it start?

Membership is $49 a month or $499 a year, paid up front. Your two free weeks start the day voice opens; your first charge comes at the end of them, and you have 30 days from that charge to get every dollar back, for any reason. Fifty seats. Reserving one takes an email and no card. The whole deal — including how to cancel — is on the offer page.
