Terms of Service
These are the baseline terms for using the Cassia Vitality website, the launch list, the store preview, and membership, operated by Cassia Vitality LLC ("Cassia Vitality," "we," "us"). This is a working draft published for transparency during our pre-launch phase and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. The final, binding terms will replace this page before launch.
1. Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The launch list
Joining the launch list lets us notify you about availability. It is not an order, a reservation, or a guarantee of a product, price, or date. The form on our home page opens a note in your own email app addressed to hello@cassiavitality.com; nothing is sent until you press send, and a person on our team adds you by hand — see the Privacy Policy. You can ask to be removed at any time.
3. Store, orders & pricing
The store is not yet live. Prices shown are current manufacturer list prices where stated, may change at any time, and nothing on the site is an offer to sell. When checkout opens, an order is an offer to buy that we may accept or decline, and binding sale terms (payment, shipping, returns, warranties) will be presented at that time.
4. Membership
Membership: the price, trial, refund and cancellation terms are the ones published at /offer.html, and we are bound by them. Reserving a seat today is done by email and takes no payment; a person confirms your seat in writing before anything is charged.
5. Wellness disclaimer — important
Cassia Vitality products and content provide wellness and monitoring support — not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with questions about a medical condition, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.
6. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or disrupt it.
- Don't use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
7. Intellectual property
The Cassia Vitality name, logo, site content, and design are owned by Cassia Vitality LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Third-party product names and brands shown belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" during this pre-launch period, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cassia Vitality is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. The final terms will set out the binding warranty and liability provisions.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as our products and practices evolve, and the binding version will replace this draft before launch.
