What does membership include?
Your membership brings the whole team: Hazel, Cassia and Marcus, plus nine Specialist Agents for your heart, metabolism and hormones, sports medicine, muscles and joints, nutrition and longevity, women's health, children and family, medicines, gut, and mental health. They share one record, and you can talk with any of them by voice.
What is Cassia Vitality?
Help with your health on the days between visits. A membership gives you a team of twelve Agents who talk with you by voice, around one shared record.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants help with health between visits: active adults, people caring for a parent, and parents looking after the family.
Is this medical care?
No. Your Agents explain, teach and help you prepare, and they never diagnose or prescribe. Your doctor makes medical decisions. In an emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or see our crisis resources.
Can I use FSA or HSA funds?
Eligibility depends on the specific product and your plan, and only your FSA/HSA administrator can confirm it. Ask them before you join, and ask us anything about what membership includes.
